Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff or physicians immediately.
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by licensed healthcare providers.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and reactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Arizona.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ASN, BSN, or equivalent).
- CPR/BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (ACLS preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient safety and quality of care.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
