Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about post-discharge care and disease management.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- No experience required – We offer comprehensive training for new graduates.
- CPR/BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) upon hire.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital environment.
