Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our diverse patient population. You will play a vital role in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Oklahoma.
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
