Responsibilities
- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments, including physical exams and symptom analysis.
- Medication: Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) and patient charts.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members.
- Education: Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and disease management.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma.
- Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with EMR systems.
