Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of Georgia.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
