Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical orders.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient symptoms, treatments, and progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families and patients.
- Maintain a sterile and safe clinical environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
