Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in strict accordance with facility protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes in condition to the healthcare team immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient medical records, intake forms, and care plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and staff at all times.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of TN (or compact state).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to lift, stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods.
