Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with medical standards.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with varying shift patterns.
