Responsibilities
Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications accurately.Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.Provide high-quality patient education and emotional support to families.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies within the unit.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of California.BLS and ACLS certifications required (ACLS preferred for certain units).Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
