Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health management, and post-care instructions.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively in a multi-task environment.
