Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and established protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Document clinical observations and patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment plans
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical care scenarios
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse license (RN) in good standing
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
