Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and response to therapies, making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Document all patient interactions, care provided, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
