Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments and triage calls remotely.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to the medical team immediately.
- Document patient interactions and medical histories accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide education and support to patients regarding their treatment plans and medications.
- Collaborate with physicians and care coordinators to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all privacy regulations (HIPAA) and company policies.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in an accredited Registered Nursing program OR a valid RN license (for candidates with no experience, we accept those enrolled in clinical rotations).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and empathize with patients.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
