Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage calls via secure telehealth platforms.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately in EMR systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop optimal care strategies.
- Provide education and resources to patients regarding chronic disease management and wellness.
- Manage incoming urgent care requests and ensure timely follow-up actions.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies while working remotely.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred).
- CPR/BLS Certification (ACLS preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office environment.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with patients remotely.
