Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies with precision and speed.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication adherence, and post-discharge care.
- Document all clinical observations, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
