Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vitals and report critical changes to the nursing team.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle high-volume patient loads.
