Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' health conditions and administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with medical protocols.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate assistance when necessary.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and computer systems.
