Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment, escalating concerns immediately.
- Document patient care activities, symptoms, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome with bridge programs).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care standards.
