Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care units following evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and outcomes using Epic EHR system
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to JCAHO standards and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in rapid response team activations as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
- Commitment to continuous professional development
