Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute/critical care settings
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using EHR systems
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients/families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to JCAHO standards and hospital safety regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active IL RN license (compact license acceptable)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- 1+ years acute care or specialty experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in EHR documentation systems
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in fast-paced environment
