Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status with precision.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, ensuring dignity and comfort.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and physicians regarding patient needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for all patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under supervision.
Qualifications
- Current, valid CNA license in the State of Florida.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
