Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona (or compact state)
- BSN degree preferred; Associate's degree required
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
