Responsibilities
Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop and implement comprehensive care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
