Role Overview:

As a Triage Nurse, you will be the critical first point of contact for patients seeking medical advice. You will assess symptoms, provide guidance on appropriate care, and facilitate timely appointments, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive phone and portal-based triage assessments for patients presenting with a wide range of symptoms, from minor ailments to acute concerns.
