Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes in clinical condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and discharge instructions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong focus on patient safety.
