Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond effectively to emergency situations
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain precise medical records using electronic health systems
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license in good standing
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing program certification
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Proven ability to work flexible shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
