Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health status changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health systems

Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered with experience)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
