Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to critical changes in condition.
- Document patient care activities, medical histories, and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting (New graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
