Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using advanced electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Respond to emergencies and critical situations with clinical expertise
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin (or compact license with ability to obtain WI license)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in acute care setting
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; ACLS preferred for ER/ICU roles
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
