Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough health assessments and monitor patient conditions to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Emergency Response: Respond effectively to critical situations and emergencies with calmness and precision.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
