Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and progress, responding appropriately to any acute changes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient history, assessments, and care plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to medical emergencies and critical situations with composure and efficiency.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and families at all times.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume medical setting.
