Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and provide real-time feedback to the healthcare team.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, progress, and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care support as needed.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
