Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to physicians promptly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
