Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and preventive care measures
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with critical thinking and clinical expertise
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS/PALS certifications a plus
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
