Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments according to strict physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress accurately in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Respond to emergent situations with calm efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the State of Tennessee.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
