Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with state regulations and facility protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately to the charge nurse or physician.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient recovery.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
