Role Overview:
As an RN at our facility, you will be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of medical treatment and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, and implement nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team-oriented setting.
