Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care and clinical assessments in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop optimal patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vitals and document all clinical findings accurately and timely.
- Provide patient education and support to families regarding health conditions and discharge plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN License in the state of Oregon.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience (New grads welcome for remote support roles).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
