Responsibilities
- Assess patient health issues by performing physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient recovery progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition or medical emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
