Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, treatment planning, and medication administration
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care
- Maintain precise medical records using our advanced EHR system
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky RN license (compact license preferred)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN required for leadership roles)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (new graduates welcome)
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
