Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care assessment, planning, and intervention in accordance with clinical standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
- Document patient data accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge plans
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and critical interventions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license in Tennessee
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
