Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments, care planning, and interventions across diverse units
- Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document clinical observations and care using EHR systems
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and self-care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/nights
