Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (medical-surgical or ICU preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a weekend team.
