Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and care.
- Monitor vital signs and patient status, escalating concerns immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document all patient interactions and care delivery accurately.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to weekend availability and shift flexibility.
