Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders.
- Document patient care plans, progress notes, and clinical updates accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient care environment.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (Critical Care or Med-Surg preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Computer literacy and experience with electronic health records (EHR).
