Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with focus on clinical excellence
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and outcomes in EMR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA regulations
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Missouri
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience highly valued)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
