Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with treatment plans and clinical protocols
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (unrestricted)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Electronic medical records proficiency (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
