Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care, long-term, or specialized healthcare settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals, document electronic health records (EHRs), and report changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and facility-specific protocols
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and self-care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (or compact license for multi-state roles)
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Flexibility to work in Virginia Beach or Georgia facilities
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
