Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and patient-centered focus
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress with meticulous documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment protocols, and preventive care
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, OSHA standards, and institutional policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care or specialty area
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR) and clinical documentation
- Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated patient advocacy experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
