Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop a comprehensive care plan.
- Perform medical treatments and procedures as ordered by the physician or healthcare provider.
- Monitor patient progress and vital signs closely, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Administer prescribed medications and provide patient education on health management.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic and efficient patient care.
- Document patient care activities and medical records accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
